SETS THE FAMILY INVOLVMENT IN WINE PRODUCTION, THAT OVER 4 GENERATIONS HAS BEEN DEDICATED TO VITICULTURE IN THE REGION.
From old vineyards, we selected the Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca and Tinta Roriz varieties to be part of a single batch where they will ferment and age together. The wine ages a minimum of 20 months in French oak barrels. The age of the vineyards, the altitude, and the complexity of the estate's soils give this wine a great aging potential.

From vineyards planted on the 90s of the last century, the grapes of the varieties Rabigato, Viosinho and Gouveio are hand harvested. With a predominance of the Rabigato variety, the wine has a vibrant freshness provided by the natural acidity and the minimal intervention vinification.

From the highest vineyard of the estate which is settled 600 meters above sea level. The Touriga Nacional and Tinto Cão grapes are pressed using only the free-run juice to preserve freshness and fresh fruit aromas. After, the wine ages for 3 months in old french oak barrels.

Influenced by the Viosinho variety from the oldest vineyard of Quinta Vale do Olmo, minerality and freshness are showing off in this wine. The combination with other varieties of the estate, give this wine a greater complexity and gastronomic profile.
